Greetings and welcome! I am Kristine Koller, the Owner and Founder of Pure Passion Yoga™. As a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) located in Las Vegas, I've been immersed in the transformative world of yoga since 2020. Through my journey, I've had the privilege of learning from esteemed and inspirational mentors, and it brings me immense joy to impart those invaluable lessons and experiences to my students.
I firmly believe that yoga has the power to enrich and uplift every aspect of our lives. It is my sincere hope that by sharing the practice of yoga, I can contribute to the well-being and fulfillment of others. Whether you are a seasoned practitioner or new to yoga, I extend a warm invitation to join me on the mat and embark on a journey of self-discovery, growth, and inner peace.

My purpose is to cultivate a community centered on focus, mindfulness, and touch. Through my offerings, I aim to inspire individuals to connect deeply with themselves and others, fostering a sense of presence, clarity, and compassion in every interaction. By embracing these principles, we empower individuals to lead more balanced, intentional, and fulfilling lives, both on and off the mat.
Focus
I believe that focus is the cornerstone of personal and professional success. Through our practices and teachings, I strive to help individuals develop the ability to concentrate their attention and energy on the present moment, enhancing productivity, clarity, and effectiveness in all aspects of life. By cultivating focus, we empower individuals to overcome distractions, achieve their goals, and live with intention and purpose.
Mindfulness
Mindfulness lies at the heart of everything we do. I recognize the transformative power of being fully present in the moment, free from judgment and distraction. Through mindfulness practices such as meditation, breathwork, and body awareness, I guide individuals on a journey of self-discovery, inner peace, and emotional well-being. By cultivating mindfulness, we foster greater awareness, compassion, and acceptance, enabling individuals to navigate life’s challenges with resilience and grace.
Balance
I recognize the importance of finding harmony and equilibrium in all aspects of life. I believe that true well-being arises from nurturing balance between work and play, activity and rest, and mind, body, and spirit.
