At Pure Passion Yoga, we want you to feel confident and supported in your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please review our Refund & Return Policy below.
1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns on eligible physical products within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Products must be returned in original packaging where applicable
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. Non-Returnable Items

- Ebooks
- Printable products
- Guided meditations
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale items
- Opened wellness or self-care products where hygiene concerns apply
3. Digital Product Policy
All digital product sales are final.
Due to the nature of downloadable content, we do not offer refunds on:
- Ebooks
- Journals
- Printables
- Digital planners
- Meditation downloads
- Online wellness resources
If you experience issues accessing your digital purchase, please contact us and we will gladly assist you.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives:

- Photos of the item and packaging

5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item arrived damaged
- The wrong product was sent
- The item is defective
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Pure Passion Yoga is not responsible for lost return shipments.
6. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will receive notification regarding approval or denial
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Please allow:
- 5–10 business days for processing
- Additional time depending on your payment provider or bank
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law.
7. Exchanges

If you would like a replacement, please contact us before returning the item.
8. Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped.
Digital products and instant downloads cannot be canceled once delivered or accessed.
9. Subscription and Membership Refunds
Subscription fees and membership charges are generally non-refundable once billed unless otherwise stated.
You may cancel future recurring payments at any time before the next billing cycle.
10. Chargebacks
If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us before initiating a chargeback.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in:
